There has been an important change regarding your Gates Leasing vehicle

Important! - Gates Leasing Update


From Monday 16th March 2020, there will be changes to the way Gates Leasing vehicles will be managed.


In the interests of maintaining the high level of service that Gates customers currently enjoy, Days Fleet have been appointed as Gates Leasing’s preferred partner to provide service, maintenance repair and any other fleet requirements.


Gates Leasing customers can be confident that Days Fleet were chosen for their proven track record of outstanding customer service, industry-leading systems and expertise in all matters fleet.


We expect a seamless transition to Days Fleet and to this end a representative from Days will be in contact shortly to discuss any concerns that you may have about the future of your fleet.


Important things to know from Monday 16th March 2020:


  • You should call 0345 296 4423 (DriverLine) for all things to do with your vehicle such as service work, breakdown etc.
  • You can continue to call the Gates Leasing number which will be transferred to DriverLine if you so wish.
  • Any mobile numbers that you have been calling to arrange work for your vehicle will not be available from Monday 16th March 2020.
  • Your existing agreement with Gates Leasing Limited will continue to apply.
  • Gates Leasing will continue to invoice you for your monthly rentals and applicable recharges.
  • All payments will continue to be collected using your existing direct debit instruction - therefore please do not cancel this.
